Desperate Idea!

Ok So I was reading this thread http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=392254 on Diabloii.net and it talks about how items drop and such, using packets... I was wondering if it is at all possible to block certain packets for example the "NoDrop" packet as the thread says.

This is just a sugestion... im not even sure if its possible. b/c I cant do it.

So do you want to be able to make...for example...Minor Health Potions (or some other items) not appear when they actually drop? This can be achieved by blocking received (RECV) packets with the 'minor health pot' hex string in them. I'm not sure if there is a module that exists that does this...

Sort of like a pickit modification, that hides a list of unwanted items like piles of gold under 100 or minor pots or bucklers or skull caps...etc.

it was with pickit but would be easily detected by warden and get you banned

mousepads mh back in 09 or so had that option. I use it on a private server and I dont see items like potions, cracked sashes, bolts, etc
