Dedicated Server

I am trying to make a counter-strike 1.5 dedicated server and still play on it

what i have done is on my windows XP i created an account and put the server on that (i have also put two CD-Keys, all of them work, one for me and one for the server) But when i go to play WON wont let me play in my server

As far as I know, you shouldn't even need two CD keys to run a dedicated server and play at the same time...

The problem is that... you can't connect to your server? Change the server's port to something other than 27015. Find and edit or create the line port 27016 in the server.cfg file in your \cstrike folder then restart the server.

Not only i cant connect to my server but any other server because WON wont authorize me
