Ok so I have to make a choice...
So I have 2 weeks left in Montreal before I go elsewhere, and I have been here the whole summer, which is great. Anyway my best friend has been here too at home since he got back from uni, which is great too because I hadn't seen him since last year. Anyhow... I am living by myself, no big deal, I know how to take care of myself, and I have been doing so, plus I have no commitments and I have my own schedules, etc... but it gets lonely because my place is far from downtown and everyone else apart from him is out of town, so he is the only person I hang out with (no problem because we can talk about w/e for hours or just do shit all and its still fun) but he lives a gay 30 mins away by metro and taxis are expensive. LOL OK! so here is the deal.... stay by myself till I leave, which like I said would be fine, and I still see my buddies and go out, etc.. I'm just alone and I have to buy food and stuff.... OR
I can go live the remaining 2 weeks with my friend, which would be awesome because he lives close to downtown, I would eat good food at his place, plus I would not be alone that often and it is a homier atmosphere, which I like. Anyway the situation regarding that is: that family is basically like my adopted family... haha, so we are close (his sister is one of my best friends too) which means there would be no problem if I decided to stay there. Of course here is the catch: my friend works long hours sometimes and so when he is at work I would be alone in the house and sometimes his parents would get home before him, so that would be a bit weird at first. Anyhow I would have the freedom to do as I please there too... I just don't want to feel like a parasite.
What option should I go for?
