Wow, I had this too. I just cleared out those files in a clean-up >.< Sorry, I would have uploaded it.. I would suggest google too myself. If you still can't find it, reply back and I'll probably be able to hook you up.

lol 3 months later,,, i would search but, i lost my cdkey and cd and i had to reinstall cs but i cant so now i cant play anymore b/c i dont have either....if any of that makes sense
