D2loader help please

I downloaded the d2loader for 1.10 and i did everything it says and when i click the icon nothing happens...

Any reasons why? (I tryed a search, didn't find anything)

did you copy it into your diablo 2 directory?

Yes, i did everything it said.

is the cd in the drive...?
