D2lang.dll where can i get different language

Ok, the question i have is if i am looking for a russian version of the d2lang.dll,
where would the best place to find it be, i speak english fine but i have a friend who doesnt, so it would really help if you guys knew where i could get one.

ok i speak german almost fluently and i could not find it on that site, although i did find a deckard cain gangsta rap, but thanks anyway all they have is the english versions and a 1.10 german version.
