D2jsp/yamb problems, help pls :<

i have it all up and running but one small problem still:
when i run my sorc or hammerdin it all works fine, but when i try to run it with my baba its all slow and stuff, for an example when i try to do cowruns with yamb he goes after wirts leg and opens the portal np. But when he enters the TP he kills the nearby cows and then stands still for like a minute...
same goes for baalruns, after he has killed all the waves he stands there till max gametime is reached and then exits...
any help is greatly appreciated :-/

are your skills set correctly, did you mess with your run time settings at all, have you messed with your chicken settings at all?

run time and chicken is correct, and skills should atleast be correct :b
