D2jsp v0.32 Installer Problems

I tried to download the d2jsp v0.32 Installer from http://www.d2jsp.org/ but it is downloaded as a file with the windows icon on it. When i click on it, it asks me what i want to open it with. So how an i supposed to download and install it?

I have winzip, but it is an installer so i shouldnt need winzip anyways. I have downloaded the zip form of it and it still doesn't work when i try to unzip.
