D2jsp Severe Slowness

Whenever I use 2 Sorcs for d2jsp my system goes down to 1 FPS and 6 skip when they are at waypoints (reading the map). This is causing the sorcs to chicken and die alot. My computer isnt really too bad of a system but is the problem about my computer or does this happen for everyone? If it is my computer what do i need, more ram? Thanks

You most likely need more ram. Try to limit the amount of prgrams you having running (besides D2jsp) And if the two sorcs are on the same account, you will be getting severe lag no matter what. Hope this helps! :halo

Hmm then i guess i need more ram becuase i use 2 different account, and i only have d2jsp running. This computer is kinda outdated anyways . From now on im gonna just use one sorc until new computer . Thanks for help Trance

I remembered when I had a 512SDRAM, Celeron 1.0Ghz and a Geforce3Ti200 series Video Card and it ran Diablo 2 quite smoothly, but after a couple hours, it gets really laggy and choppy.

RI only upgraded the ram with a 512SDRAM and a 128SDRAM and the prblem hadnt occured since...so ya, it's your ram..UPGRADE YOUR RAM! hehe, sorry for caps

but that was a long time ago..now I run a P4 Intel 3.0Ghz Processor, 2X1024 Dual DDR, Geforce FX5200 128MB. And it runs sooo much better

hey artintel... i just got my fx5200 vid card... do you ever get it saying that it cant optimize your 3d output... on any game

No, mine works fine, it outputs all 3d objects and lets me run all my games in 3d. Even diablo.

My guess is that you need the latest nvidia driver.
