D2jsp - ingame problem

my bot gets into d2, the chat, game but once the game starts she sits there and does nothing... when i did the config i set up everything best to my knowledge but there may be a config file im missing, and i used to use ridoshi, and i remember having to set up stashing and stuff before even running the bot.

help?

and btw i did read the readmes and thread on blizzhackers and battleforums

no it doesnt give me an error, the timer starts and nothing happens in d2, just sits in town
