D2JSP Help please

Ok this is very confusing for my small mind, i installed .32, changed the number of runs or w/e to 9000000, loaded the d2jspStarter, (for Meph Run) and it doesnt do any thing and a error b4 starting comes up read from diablo II process failed any help? :fencing :wavey
