D2jsp DL problem

I am trying to get D2jsp in order to run pindlebot, but whenever I go to there site and attempt to DL ANY of the files such as this one:

It downloads some kind of an index.php file instead of taking to to that page and allowing me to DL it from there, anyone know how I can actually get the FILES to dl and now some webpage code?

i get the same problem when i dl j2jsp wut is up with that

rename the installer to a .exe and it will work. if not a .exe then try .zip.
