D2jsp 0.33 setup need help plz!!

ok so i used my setup and everything and it makes a folder called d2jsp in program files.. and it only makes 3 files.. can anyone tell me wuts wrong? and tell me how to make it put the penguin d2loader.exe and starter.exe and stuff? scripts? bots?
