D2hackit work for 1.11b?

I haven't played diablo2 in ages. While researching ths topic it seems that almost all information on this subject has died at the end of 2005. I have d2load for 1.11b as well as the most current d2hackit. Problem is when the game is loaded clicking on loader.exe for d2hackit just closes the window. If I'm missing something please let me know. Searching only resulted in posts/replies with "I'm having the same problem" with no solution.
