D2hackit source Question

Could someone please help me, I downloaded Starfish's module making package. It says

put all files from the D2HI-Source into a folder

but I can't find the d2 hackit source...I see tons of them, I have like d2hackit.plg , d2hackit.dsp , d2hackit.h , d2hackit.dsw . Or is he talking about ClientCore.ccp or ClientImplementation, because that looks familiar to me?
Please help

d2hackit.c I would think is what you would need.

All of them ... simply unzip the whole "Source" folder ... it's all in there
