D2HACKIT loader nothing happens

well it shouldn t be that hard so why is nothing happening ?

i start d2 join a game double klick loader.exe and voila...nothing happens...i tried loading modules with .load pickit eg but still nothing. is d2hackit not working nder win2k or something ?
