D2 Loader Problem

Well, I put everything of all the file that were suppose to go into the Diablo Directory form the D2 loader Directory. When I put the Diablo.exe in it, and Double clikced it, Nothing happened I was kinda disappointed.

Anyone know what the problem is?:lucifer
