D2 hacs patched possible way to get around it?

I noticed a possible flaw in hacks being patched. if you could, when installing diablo, stop it from patching then would the hacks supposedly patched on battle.net work? Or if someone with x-treme hackin abilities could e-mail me at redsparrow2@aol.com im sure i could figure out a way to change it.

are you like retarded or soemthing? you cant play on a different version from other people! you cant be playing on v 1.07 or something while others are on v 1.09! because the servers wont let that happen because its set up to force you to download the latest patch or you cant play on diablo 2 lod multiplayer! i'm sorry for the insult its just stupid questions just irritate me
