D1 level 7 help

hi!
at level 7 there is a chaimber without door. i've read that there is a quest on this level about some book of blind but i can't find it. is there a bug that random level genrator doesn't create that book??? just don't tell that i should start new game

Are you playing online or offline? I don't think it's online so it must be offline.


You better keep looking. It should be in a large-room area if I remember correctly. If it's not there, you might want to restart.

Whew. I'd help you, but I haven't played d1 in forever. I use to rock it up at that game.

I'll reinstall D1 now and try to see what I can do, give me a bit tho. I'm kinda addicted to D2 ATM. ^_^

It has to be single cause u dont get this quest in multi-player. You need to look harder, the book should be on level 7. Once u get the book u will find a place u can go in that u couldnt b4.

I forgot, u just read about it yes? You may not necissarily have the option to do the quest. Not all quests are available in solo games. They are random each game

thx all. but there is no book of blind. only thing that is possible is that the book is genereted inside the hidden chaimber and so are the stairs for next level.

roach, i've never play diablo games (sc and wc fan) so i asked few people which is better d1 or d2. and most said d1.

darkmatter, you don't have to play it again. i've created a new hero and am at level 10 now (yes, i've found the book now)

btw how many levels in d1?

There are 16 levels in total. Diablo waits on level 16.
