Who here actually plays D&D? Just wondering....I might play it myself.
If you suck at sports, or hate them, it's another thing to do. Asking why someone plays D&D is like asking someone why they use a computer. To pass time, and have some fun.Originally posted by Hitsua
I've got one. Why?
If you're playing with a group of friends, the easiest character to play as would be a regular fighter. If none of your friends are a Priest though, I'd strongly recommend getting a Paladin. They aren't as good at healing, but it can be extremely useful if you have no Priests in your party.Originally posted by D.F.I.
Which class is the easiest to play as?

It's difficult to actually find people that play it if you don't know people that do already. It's not exactly like we advertise for people to come, strictly based on the fact that us D&Ders know there's a lot of immature idiots that would ruin a good game if they weren't really interested in playing.
I will tell you that some people you'd never think play it actually do though. If you know anyone with long hair, or sort of a social outcast from school though, that's likely someone that plays. That's more of the stereotypical gamer though, so it might not help you much.
D&D is one of the funnest games I have ever played, especially with a teacher as the narrator(or w/e you call him.) They put you in the strongest situations and you need to get out of them... Anyways, I've only played it two or three times...Originally posted by D.F.I.
