Custom Terrain???

I've seen custom terrain's before and I was wanting to know how you make custom terrain's?

1st off, you MUST know how to skin.

Well if u know how to skin, export the terrain then edit it.

^ Adobe photoshop is the MOST recommended editing program by me. Yes, you should use it if you have it.

How do i open the terrain file into my photo editing program??

export>Convert to JPEG>open in adobe>Edit>save as JPEG>Convert back to BLP.
