Open up Starcraft Xtra Editor (Im assuming your using this). Then go to the Scenario pull down menu, and select "Upgrade settings." (Its right below Unit & Hero Settings). When you get in there, select the upgrade you want to make instant (Example: Zerg Carapace).

After this, uncheck the default box. Then, where it says "Time Cost" put 8739 in both the boxes. 8739 is basically interpreted as "0".

I know, originally I said "Delete this thread because youve already made it." He made two threads called custom maps, so I assumed he accidently made it twice. I then realized my mistake and came back to change it. To save myself the embarassment, I edited my message, saying "In the upgrades." I then put in my real response. You just caught me at a bad time =P.
