Current currency confusion on uswest-sc

ok look i am a fairly long time d2lod sc player i have been playing since v.07 but since the soj was duped in to worthlessness i havnt been able to get a handle on what hex's and 3/20/20 are worth in relation to each other and to other items if someone could help me and maybe through what each of these types of currency's value is and to maybe a couple of item that stay constant. (and i know there are a couple) like a wf and shaft stop and a couple other item of that such, you you know semi- to godly items because anything under semi-godly isnt really worth trying to trade i usally give these types of items to noobs i come across my playing since i generally play alone. (only because a lot of ppl are un-trust worthy and also cause my old all just quit on me) thnx and srry for the epic post

Hexs are only on usWEST (unless some have private ones on east)

1x 3/20/20 = 1.5 290psn SCs
I dunno about hexs to 3/20/20

32020s are mainly on East, I havent seen to many on West.

Item values fluctuate constantly, so its hard to give you a solid answer. The only thing Ive seen stay pretty constant would be high lvl runes. They sell one for 3 hex, or two for 5 hex. Everything else seems to bouce around from week to week.

If you have any questions about specific items, it would be easier to help you out.

3x 100 pdsc = 1 hex
1x 290 pdsc = 2 hex
3x - 4x 7% mfsc = 1 hex
1x 40% ED w/ +15 ias/max dam = 3 hex
(otherwise known as a 40/15 ias or 40/15 max)

Those just popped into my head... they seem to stay pretty constant.
