Critique my human strat

I think i'm pretty good but i'm sure someone here is better than me. This is a human strategy i've been using lately that has been very successful. On a test name I was almost undefeated with it.. What I want is for some good players to watch this replay and give me some tips or tell me what I was doing wrong. I am fairly new to WC3 but i used to play Rise of Nations and Age of Empires. This is RoC. If he'd attakced you earlier, you wouldnt have beated with mass gryphons. Make units like him and creep with them dont try this militia creep against golems
