Creation of Drop Hack Site Again

Hey i need sum help on making a drop hack site again. Is anyone here capable of making a legit looking site with drophack on it? Sumthing to do with clans is the best yet topic...and also the site has to have a small URL.

Making a site isn't hacking, find a webmaster forum and ask for a template.
