Creating Sell

Is there any special thing that i need to do to create the sell option besides the custom unit and the ability to train it. Is there a trigger that i need to create as well?? HELP!!!!

You might need a trigger that fires when your 'sell ability' is cast, since you want the unit to be removed and the owner to be refunded for it.
