Please backup Patch_D2.MPQ before using my program.
This program was created to make it simple for me to edit the text files Diablo II uses for modding. To extract them from their mpq files, edit them, then convert them to bin files, and add them back into the mpq file with little effort on my part. I thought other users would like this simple program so released the first version long ago and recently my wife wanted to play again and I wanted to utilize Version 1.10s synergy bonus and whatever else it fixed, so finally updated my program.
