Crafting Valor!?!?!

My friend said there is a way to craft valor and any other armor in the game, is this true? If so could someone please tell me how?

In open battle.net or singleplayer, yes.

In closed, maybe he means crafting balrog skin to get blood/caster/safety armor.

you cannot craft uniques, but there is a funny scam which involves crafting: tell some1 to but a skullders in their cuba long with 2 arrows ... if they transmute it they'll get a arkaines!!1 (don't try this )
