I've decided to try my hand at an RPG, my only previous experience being Helm's Deep, and an LotR map of the First Age [both unreleased-damn latency; if anyone can help me there, give me a shout.]. It's a Western style RPG. I got inspired after watching the Magnificent Seven. Basically here are my ideas.
-You either choose to use a six shooter [Rine] or rifleman [Ghost]
-You can hunt wild animals (some attack you), and when you kill them your custom score adds up. Then you can travel to the nearest of 6-8 towns to trade them for cash or food (your chocie).
-Aid convoys from the bandits (they are coming up).
-Fishing along rivers.
-You will continually lose food 3 times a (day). So you gotta do it to replenish.
These are only a few of my ideas, dont wnat to tell it all. It will all be tied into a generic evil bandit with his bandit gang is terrorizing the mexican villages below the U.S border. What do you guys think, and do you have any interesting ideas you could share that I could add?
