Couple questions about DR and WW

does ias affect ww and wuts the max dr % u can have?

ias only affects ww if sheals or a ias jewel is in the wepon. (well it did in 1.10 not sure about 1.11 havnt tried it yet). but im abit confused with wat dr is im assum its got something to do with blocking, defence or soemthing so im just gonna say 75% lol.
if u can hook me up with wat dr is i will get back to u with a answer.

by dr he means damage reduce which is capped at 50% i believe

Hmmmm not shure i know that Lifesteal is still counted for in ww
