Yeah, I was wondering if anyone here besides me is a cosplayer. If so, what are your favorite series to cosplay from or types of costumes to cosplay?

isnt cosplay when u dress up as people from games and stuff? not for sure. but some of those people are wierd and some arent. are u weird about it?

Yeah, it is. Basically, it just means "costume play," and it can be from pretty much anything though it's usually just referring to dressing up as people from anime/video games/other japanese stuff. I agree that some people are weird about it, though I'm not sure what you mean when you say that, since our definitions of "weird" may be different. Anyway, I wouldn't consider myself weird about it...but it'd be helpful if you told me what you think being weird about it means

Like obsesive about it i guess. but i think cosplay would be fun to do, but i wouldnt do it often

No, I'm not that obsessive about it. It's basically just a hobby for me, you know, something to pass the time because I live in the middle of nowhere.

Cosplay is fun ^_^ The only time I do it is at the Comic-Con in San Diego, because uh...that's the only convention I go to ^_^;; Plus other people do it there, too, so you don't feel stupid

Aah! Scary! Well I'm not 40 or a guy and I've never dressed as Sailor Moon, so I guess I'm okay then

Sweet! Unintentional cosplay! I want to cosplay as Spike....Maybe I'll get around to it eventually....

I can't wait to see you cosplay as Itachi. That's going to be so sweet....You're going to dye your hair for it, right?

Anyway, have any of you guys ever been to a convention? Which ones would you recommend?

Of course I am. Jeff would look so damn good in a Vash costume, he would look EXACTLY like Vash.

Also off topic: I can't wait until the Comic-Con, it should be fun, and it's not on my birthday this year.

I know. If someone was ever meant to cosplay a certain character, then Jeff was definitely meant to cosplay as Vash. If they made a live-action movie of Trigun, I would SO recommend him for the part

Yeah, CCI is gonna be sweet ^_^ I want to take more money this year, though. And if we can pull off this Naruto group thing, man, that'd be awesome ^_^

Heh. A huge Naruto group with all the main and semi-main characters would be so awesome. We could walk around and tell people "Look! We have a giant Naruto group!" and then when they say "Who cares" we could all use our ninjutsu and kick their ass.
