Hello,
About your strict thing about map unprotecting....u guys actually lied...there IS NO COPYRIGHT PROTECTING A MAP - BLIZZARD DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT UNPROTECTING THE MAP. THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO OR AFTER MAKING IT. ALSO THE MAPS ARE NOT COPYWRITTEN. IT COSTS MONEY TO COPYRIGHT SOMETHING AND NO MAP THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN HAS A COPYRIGHT LISENSE THEREFORE IT IS NOT AGAINST COPYRIGHT RULES OR ANYTHING TO UNPROTECT A MAP. IT IS NOT EXACTLY HACKING BECAUSE IF YOU PROTECT IT IN THE BEGINNING IT IS AGAINST THE BLIZZARD POLICY... THEY STATE THAT ANY SOURCE CODE MODIFICATIONS OR ANY MODIFICATION OF ANY BLIZZARD MATIRALS ARE AGAINST THE AGREEMENT. SO WE DO HAVE A RIGHT TO OPEN MAPS BUT STILL DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO TAKE CREDIT FOR IT....if you buy a copyright for your map then state it in the map and nobody will touch it ...OTHERWISE YOUR JUST LYING AND DENYING THE INEVIDABLE.

Im just letting everyone know...o ya....EMAIL ME ..ILL UNPROTECT THAT SHIT...dethstalker@hotmail.com

Regards,
Dethstalker

I must direct you, much like our other friend to the anouncement I made about the Map Development Forum Rules.

Copyright is not an issue here, it's about the time and effort the map maker put into his map then people lie you go and change and make him lose hs creditbility.

*Closing*
