final fantasy games got the coolest and cutest characters and npc plus you can play most of them unlike on other games. plus the fact is kinda like free roaming like you can go inside houses and travel all around the world and you can buy stuffs and search for items.

starcraft. best rts games while sc2 is not out yet. great user interface and controls. sci fi game at it best.

Zone of the Enders because of the balling story and flawless ROBOTAN controls.

Suikoden 1-5 because of the war oriented flawless story telling.

Donkey Kong Country 1-2 and Super Mario World and Mario 3 because these are the greatest platformers ever made.
