Convert your CLOSED characters to Open?

Hey everyone .. I once had a program that allowed you to save a copy of your closed battle.net player and you could load it on open.

Ive searched google numerous times, and i cant seem to find it anywhere.

If anyone could give me a valid link to the location of this program, id be very thankful.

That was an old D2HackIt module created by mousepad. I don't believe it works in 1.10 though, sorry.
