Obama is not going to get you laid. He's not going to cure cancer, give everyone free beer, make the weekend last 4 days, or make your farts smell like roses. So stop acting like it. He's a politician. He's going to mess with your taxes some, maybe pass a law or two that you like, and possibly make a decent speech. And while this is an upgrade from our current situation, its nothing to blow your collective loads over.

I'm sorry for being optimistic but ALOT of obama talks about doing is stuff that I agree with.

If he implements alot of the stuff he says and does it correctly I would be THRILLED.

Examples: Leaving Iraq, ending guantanamo, reducing our defecit spending, spending more on the infrastructure.

If he doesn't then I will vote against him next time. However I am alot more optomistic and happy that he got elected because he is definitely not Bush and that is a good thing.
