i am running 512mb pf pc-2100 ram...and diablo runs great. you can also allocate ram to a program if you are running winxp.

click on the .exe file in the diablo folder...then you can select properties...and then select the memory size...if you are running the program, "memturbo", you can also do it throught there as well...hope all goes well.
