Computer "Themes"

Ok so i've seen people that use XP and they have different themes. For example, their start menu would have like a WoW-theme or an iTunes theme to it. Basically just a cosmetic upgrade with everything else being the same.

Anyone know where i can find these? It's for a friend, i think they're silly, but they want one.

You can make new themes like with widgets and stuff using DesktopX
