Uhuh, come on, arenas don't take even one tenth of the effort required in hardcoreish as for heavy raiding, as 5 men are hellluva lot easier to assemble together than 25 men.

So, no. Casuals can do lots of arenas easily.

As for if arenas suck or not, they're interesting, but ever since they added resilience I felt that PvP died. Resilience is a healer dream, so they can last forever, which is just stupid.
