hey everyone! this is my first thread asking for help 
anyways, I got a new computer recently and I was moving all my programs over from my old one to my new one. in over half of the editing programs I have (such as SCMtoolkit, Unprotector, and many more), it says that COMDLG32.ocx is cannot be loaded or is not correctly registered, each program having a different message of saying the exact same thing. I downloaded it, and after putting it in the windows/system and the starcraft folder, STILL nothing works. can anyone help me out?
