Cloaking Beacon Problem

I've made a zone control type map and want to cloak the beacon's that are used for mass attacking. Each team has a total of 13 different mass attack points. I have only done team 1 first to make sure that I have done triggers correctly before I move onto the other teams. I got the trigger to work fine but there is one problem. 2 of the 13 beacons will not cloak.
I'm using:

CONDITIONS:
-always
ACTIONS:
-Disable doodad state for :Mass Attack Perimeter: at :LOCATION: (1A)
-create 1 :protoss Observer: at :LOCATION: (1A) for :Current Player:
-wait 500 milliseconds
-remove All :protoss Observer: for :Current Player: at :LOCATION: (1A)

I have used completely different triggers for each location for mass attacking. I first made a trigger for the first mass attack location and it worked good, so I just copied that trigger and just changed the locations. I also know that all the beacons are the same type of "Mass Attack Perimeter" (Zerg Type of Beacon not flag beacon) so I know that the 2 beacons that wont cloak are the same of the other 11 beacons that are cloaked. WTF :hbut

¿Any thoughts?

Perhaps you don't have the locations centered over those two beacons correctly, or the triggers for those two have some kind of error in them. If you upload your map I'll take a look at it and remove the attachment.

I am keeping this map under lock and key and would rather e-mail it to you or use some other means. I'm no pro map maker but I just like protecting my 1 or 2 maps that I have made.

The 'Set Doodad State' action only works on one unit at one location, so you either have to have a location for each beacon(location can't be on two beacons and vice versa), or use the 'Move Locationl and move it to a Lurker that's underneath the beacon and cloak it, then remove the Lurker and move it to another Lurker that's underneath another beacon.
Understand? Need me to make a map to show you?

I checked it out, he is doing it individually for every beacon already. I think, however, some of the locations accidentally have two beacons in them, which is causing it to not disable some of them. I told him how to correct the problem.

-Azarel666- has helping me through PMing. I sent him a copy of the map and he gave me suggestions.

Hey -Azarel666-, I did move the 2 location for 2A & 3A. 2A now works but I lost 10A by moving 3A. SO i still have 3A and 10A not working. When I put in the first trigger (1A) it did not effect the beacon under 1A it changed 9A's beacon and 2A changed 10A or something like that. IN other words even though the locations were over the beacons, it changed the one to the right or left of it. wierd huh. not unless what u said about what might the problem is correct( ei not centered correctly)

I have 13 location for each of the 13 beacons. Just 2 of them will not cloak. Thanks for the help guys and i will keep trying to figure it out. But I think from my standpoint, I am at a dead end. Please keep helping me. *Not that I think that you wont* :)

Edit 1: Everytime I move a location just a little, it makes another beacon lose it's cloak. Will this be an everlasting battle of moving the location a million times untill I get it in the perfect spot?

It won't keep changing forever. Eventually you'll get them all to work. Apparently you had quite a few of them off centered, but adjusting them until they all work will eventually make your map functional.
