Civs for kills

this may sound dumb, but is there a way to get a civilian for every.. say... 25 kills? without doing a billion triggers saying: conditions: 25 kills next: conditions: 50 kills next: conditions: 75 kills and so on an so on! if u do kill score is at least one (EVERY unit has more then 1 kill score) but you it takes 1 second for the trigger to acitvate again so you can get like 4 kills and it only thinks its one! can anyone help me????

Use this program. It will be complicated at first but once you know how to use it, it's really simple.

Another way is, have the hyper trigger on. If someone get's one kills. That trigger will be activated and deactivted really fast so you dont miss a kill. But once in a while you do miss a kill.
