does ne 1 know how u get into city of the damned??? i've searching the outer steppes and the plain of despair and i cant find any exit. plez someone i'm sooo sick of fighting izual.

its connected to the plain of despair.

The first time it is hard to find. You have to search the whole perimeter. When you find Izual you are very close. There will be stairs near him at the edge of the map. If you are on the closed realm ask someone for the WP.
