Chating privliges banned

I dont know what happened but one day when i got on to diablo II i entered chat and it said that all my chat privliges were taken away...

does anyone know how to get my chat privliges back...if not will they ever come back?

What channel did you enter?
Im pretty sure some channels take away chat privileges.
You sure you just didnt join, The Void, for instance?

no chat privilages means that it auto-sends you to The Void, thats how they stop channel chat.

if you cant change channels and join a non-void channel, then your cd key has been muted, you probably cant whisper anyone either.

this is a permanent thing, the onnly way around it is to get a new cd key for ur game.
