Character not found?

i dont know if my account is messed up or what but i keep trying to log on to my account and it lets me log on and i get to where i select my char and when i double click on one it takes a long time to load and then it says char not found and the characters disapear has this happened to anyone else if so is it temperarily

no i am not a newbie i just dont deal in hacks

i been getting annoyed latty. i started dueling agin with my zon/sorc. iths are total cheapness to me...i hit a zon with her bow out with t-storm (1900-2900 damage) in hell 4 times...she did not even nodice then i got my zon...she did not have a ss out at point blank rang i hit her with 3 eagle arrows (arrows fired from eagle) dident even a change in health...then with my ss out she hit me with 1 arrow ss did not stop it i kill me...i got 1200 life and 75% chance to block wtf is up with that...i had a shaft on +20% valor + string 15% DR and 1 hit...the word hack stands out...it hate that stuff oh well answer my question please and dont make me pissed off more then i am i just lost another 2 million gold

btw

no it is not somthing wrong with disk...might be acount or a b-net glitch

happend to me before 3 times it stoped once it did not hope u didnt lose your acount sorry

and that zon vs ya zon was using body-trick to arrows wont hit her...
