btw what if you give him that one "surf" attack? after all water deals 1.5 damage to fire and in the case of a critical you add x2 which in the end do 3.5x, after that you would have to add in pikachu's special attack rating which is high as pikachu has a mean special compared to the other electric pokemon such as jolteon. in the end pikachu wins and gets like 2500 xp.
