Changing Skins: Y ISN'T IT WORKIN?!?!

Hey, i need help. When i modified an Archer skin, it went wierd on me. The Archer's body kinda went "invisible". All you see is the cape and a couple lines. CAN NE! HELP ME FIX THIS PROB?!?! :shoot :scary
