Changing languages

well i dont know if this is a hack but i just got a copy of diablo from a friend
and its in like dutch or german etc is there a way to change the language
at all is it in a certain mpq if so may i have the files neccisary or if its easy tell me how

follow these steps:
Buy your own ****ing game you cheap asshole.

get the english d2lang.dll file, should work then - and use fishys B2d mod

You have to replace ALL your DLLs and MPQ's or the b.net checksum will fail.

I'm not telling him to do that, im telling him it won't pass the checksum when you attempt to connect to B.Net, i wasn't implying he shouldn't buy his own copy.

lol... no u dont have to buy the game again, sounds wil stay at german or whatever, but if you wanna change text and names (item names and attributes too) use this...
Add " -locale ENG" without the quotes at the end of your shortcut target directory (just like you would add " -w" to get windowed mode)
