Changing Desktop Icons ...

I have windows 98 was wondering if thier is a way to personalize my desktop icons to finish my personalized theme. Any advice would be greatly appreaciated. Thank You.

Also if you can tell me why my sig has a red x now, and how to change this would be helpful as well.

Get a diffrent host because http://img47.exs.cx/img47/6470/Act5Signature.jpg gives me the RedX as well.

Get something like
