Cdkey problem r/d

Well i am running 2 d2's and when ever i use one, i keep getting r/d...all the time... is it banned???

the same happens 2 me.
Everytime I start it with -mpq "cdkey.mpq" I get rd

[EDIT] Could it be that they patched it, so that if someone is using a cdkey but in a diff. realm, you can't use that same cdkey..
