Cd key problems with UT2004

everytime i try playing UT2004, i get this message:

"your cd key appears to be invalid. you will need to reinstall the game and enter your cd key to fix this problem."

and unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. the cd key matches perfectly to the one on the case, and it worked all morning. however now even after reinstalling everything, it gives me the same message.

what should i do?

Complain to the people where you bought the game from. According to Trade and thingy/stuff rules, they have to honour the problem.

You could call the hotline but heck knows if there are actually any useful people behind those phones.

do u have any virtual drives installed like daemon tools or somethin cus it mite be the error message for it. bcuz those are black listed and if it detects one of those programs, it wont work. but if thats not it, then complain like hell to wherever u bought it from...

Well, beings he posted it in here, I would think that he legally purchased the game...

I woudl bitch and moan to whatever store you got it from, because it would appear that someone busted open your box and took the key before you bought it. Normally when you get messeges such as that, it's because someone registered the game online with your key. Now either complain, or be a whiny little woman and buy a new copy...or steal someone elses key
